Often overlooked on the field of play, are those athletes who have achieved extreme scholastic success and leadership qualities. The Albion 12 Foundation recognizes that such achievement serves to build not only a player’s individual success, but serves as an investment in our greater society at large. These scholar athletes go on to become our future leaders and contributors, by application of the principles derived from competition on the field of play, and commitment to academic achievement in the classroom.
The Albion 12 Foundation seeks to serve this population with endowments to stimulate and motivate academic success while participating in athletics. This investment will perpetuate the cycle of academic achievement of our student athletes. It may further lead to recognition by institutions of higher education, of those athletes who strive for academic excellence, while excelling in time management and athletic participation.
